Robbi Ray, MA
Curator of Assets
Robbi’s skill at organizing and maintaining research archives makes her an invaluable member of Solid Light. She is experienced in a broad spectrum of work environments, including corporate, museum, education, and the performing arts, and holds a Master's degree in Humanities / Art History allowing her to deftly provide an innovative perspective on how the research assets can be leveraged to tell a compelling story.
Through expertly and efficiently coordinating the acquisition of content, image, and artifact assets for each Solid Light project, she creates systems to carefully organize and maintain these assets to arrange for usage rights when applicable. Robbi has organized the client's own historic archives for some of our bourbon distillery design projects with Jim Beam and Maker's Mark.
In 2010, she completed an in-depth study of museum environment monitoring with the Campbell Center for Historic Preservation Studies which allows her to assist organizations with understanding best practices for ensuring that generations of visitors can enjoy viewing archival assets.
