John’s career has taken him around the world, back in time, into the future, and under the sea. For more than 25 years, he has expertly designed and directed evocative media experiences for distinguished visitor destinations like the National Constitution Center, Thomas Jefferson’s Monticello, the World of Coca-Cola, Evan Williams Bourbon Experience, Cummins Engine, and, most recently, The American Civil War Museum in Richmond, Virginia.
From battlefields to state capitol buildings, and presidential homes.to corporate headquarters, John has directed the production of numerous historic films and media elements that create truly immersive experiences.He possesses the skills, style, and sensibilities required to tell great stories in three-dimensional spaces. On every project at Solid Light, John applies his unique understanding of how exhibits and media combine to form compelling visitor experiences. He spearheads the creative department at each stage of our process and works in concert with clients and the Solid Light team to ensure a high level of artistry and excellence that exceeds expectations.
